Kenneth Ho - Action Master Licensee

Kenneth is the Singapore Master Franchisee of Action International, rated by Entrepreneur Magazine in the USA as the World's Number 1 business services franchise.  Action"s coaches work with owners of small to medium sized companies and coach them on growing their businesses using the ACTION systems.

He spent the first years of his career with several multi-national firms in positions of sales, marketing and general management, covering 12 countries in Asia.  In the late 80's, he left the corporate world and started his own marketing and sales consultancy, providing consulting and training services to firms doing business or looking to doing business in Asia.  He specialised in the areas of feasibility studies, business development and training. 

In 1998, he partnered with Brad Sugars, the founder of Action International, to develop the Asian markets and has since established highly successful Action coaching franchises in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China and India.  

Kenneth believes that Action provides the ultimate opportunity for individuals who are passionate about acquiring the knowledge and skills to help business owners become more successful. Currently, as the Master Franchisee in Singapore, his primary focus is to identify suitable candidates who are looking to starting a business as a Business Coach.  Besides this, he leads a team of business coaches in Singapore and also regularly runs coaching and training programmes for business owners aimed at improving their performances.
