Professional Experience

Started with a technical career in The Chemical & Pharmaceutical industries. After the pursuit of a Masters degree in Business, majoring in Marketing, Yean moved to the commercial world, to harness skills in business development, feasibility studies and corporate planning and deals extensively in the setting up of JV companies with Japanese, European and American companies. Her last corporate stint was in International Marketing with a public?listed American company which provides invaluable experiences & insights in the Asia Pacific market.

Since becoming the Master Franchisee for Action International W. Malaysia. Yean deems it a priviledge to explore with people who are open, looking for new challenges in their careers, starting out in new ventures or expanding their businesses.
